Artisan pasta made with buckwheat flour grown in the mountains of the Apennines and stone ground. Bronze drawn and dried for over a day at low temperature. It has a full and intense taste, with notes of cocoa. Ideal to combine with pesto or vegetable dressings. Also try it with chopped walnuts and parsley.
