SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fee is 11.90 euros. The rate is valid for all of Italy, including the islands.
Starting from 49 euros of spending the shipping is free.
EU: any volume or weight fixed rate 25 €
SHIPPING METHOD
AMORETERRA delivers orders using different couriers, chosen on the basis of the shipping address indicated by the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
The order will be delivered within 3 working days from when the order is accepted.
Important, the first day for calculating shipping times starts from the day the funds are credited to our bank, The days useful for crediting may vary depending on the type of payment used.
Holidays and days before holidays are not to be taken into consideration with regard to delivery times.
USEFUL DATA FOR SHIPPING
The buyer is required to verify the correctness of the address (entered in the shipping form) as well as provide a valid telephone number.
In case of non-delivery, the courier will leave notice to the recipient, AMORETERRA will carry out a further delivery.
If the second delivery fails (because the recipient is unable to collect the package), it will be possible to reschedule a new shipment that will be charged to the buyer.
