PROFILE

I can't access my profile

If you can't log in to your profile, check these points:
- I have a profile (I registered), which requires having created an email and password.
- Check that you have not registered exclusively for the newsletter, in this case you must proceed with creating your own account in AmoreTerra. Click on LOGIN and then CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
- Check that your password is correct, if you are not sure, click on "forgot your password?" an email will be sent to you so you can set a new password.

COUPON

How do I apply the coupon

AmoreTerra coupons must be manually inserted into the cart at check-out.
Attention : Coupons are not automatically inserted by the system, the code must be written (exactly as communicated) in the appropriate space.
If there are difficulties in their application, write via chat or via the contact us form.

Why is the coupon not recognized?

If the coupon is rejected at the time of insertion, the reasons may be the following:
- Written incorrectly, must be identical to what was communicated.
- The coupon has already been used for an order prior to the one you are completing.
- The products in the cart are all products already on offer. Only some coupons can also be used with products that have an offer at the time of purchase, these coupons can be of two types:
- Coupons relating to a refund (valid on any product in the catalogue).
- Special coupons which also apply to products on offer (in this case it is specified when the coupon is issued).

The coupons are also valid in the EU.
All AmoreTerra coupons can be used in any country.
Attention, discount coupons are not applied to all those products that already benefit from their own discount, i.e. those marked with the "Offer" sticker.

GIFT VOUCHER

How to use it

During an in-store purchase, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering the unique code at checkout. This code is case insensitive. Gift cards have a balance that can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances apply to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.


If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete Order .

If the available balance on your gift card is less than your order total, you will be asked to choose a second payment method for the difference before placing your order.

Can I give the code to whoever I want?

Yes, you will decide who can use the value of the gift voucher.
After purchase you will receive the email with the voucher.
From here you have several ways to share the gift voucher:
1) Forward the email you received directly.
2) Click on "view voucher", the page with the reserved code will open. You can send the person the link to the page that opened to you. Paste it into your email and send it.
3) You can copy just the personalized code (as long as it is identical) and send it to the person via your personal email.

Can a gift voucher be used more than once?

Yes, as long as there is still a remaining balance on the voucher.

Can more than one gift voucher be used for a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another gift card at checkout.

Can a gift voucher be used to purchase another?

No, you cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another one.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Can the gift voucher be recharged?

No, you cannot top up a gift voucher.

Can I change the redemption code of a gift card?

No, the 16-character redemption code is random and printed on the gift card itself.

How can I access my lost or never received gift voucher?

You can click Resend Gift Cards from your order confirmation email. This link (obviously) only works if the order has been paid and therefore processed.

I don't get a response in the chat

The chat is not available 24/7, there may be times when we are unable to respond.
It is important that you specify your name and surname or email, otherwise if your profile is anonymous we will not be able to reply to you.

HOW TO BUY

To make purchases on AmoreTerra Shop is it necessary to register on the site?

Yes, it is possible to purchase without being registered. However, we recommend doing so so that we can best support you by providing you with information and guidance.

How do I register?

Click at the top right on "LOGIN" if you don't already have an account click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". You will receive a confirmation email to the address you indicated.

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

No, you can place orders of any amount.
Once a certain threshold is reached, shipping becomes free , the minimum amount to be reached is specified on the site.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a message confirming your order at your registered email address.
If you don't receive the email, check the Junk or Spam folder in your email inbox and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.
You can always see the list and status of your orders by logging into your personal area.
It is possible to obtain order status information through our chat, simply enter your details.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping to Italy, including islands, is 11.90 euros.
For orders of 49 euros and above, shipping is free.

EU countries: any volume or weight flat rate €25

To purchase from countries outside the EU what should I do?

Simply send an email to ordini@amoreterra.com containing the following data:
- Product name (or SKU) and quantity
- Shipping references
AmoreTerra will send (without any obligation) a quote including shipping costs.

DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we await confirmation from our banking institution (times may vary depending on the type of payment adopted), from that moment the goods are prepared for shipment and entrusted to the courier within the following day. From that date, the courier takes approximately 1-3 working days to deliver to Italy.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared during the following working day.
The days indicated as delivery time may not be respected in the event of strikes, disasters, socio-political events or causes of force majeure that make delivery impossible.

What should I do if something is missing or there is a damaged product in the package delivered to me?

If at the time of delivery there were missing products in the package, different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact AmoreTerra promptly at the email ordini@amoreterra.com.
(It is very useful to take a photograph, this helps us to relate to the courier).

What should I do if the package delivered to me shows signs of tampering or damage?

Check the package carefully upon delivery: if it shows signs of tampering or is clearly damaged we recommend that you refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Service (associazioneclienti@amoreterra.com).
If the package is found to be intact and the problem occurred inside the packaging, we kindly ask you to send us supporting photographic documentation, this will allow us to contact the courier who delivered the package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
