Peas are very rich in water (79.4 g) and contain 10.5 g of carbohydrates, 5.1 g of protein, 5.1 plus fiber, starch and 1.1 g of fat. There is also no shortage of minerals and vitamins: potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, selenium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin, group B vitamins, vitamin J, vitamin K.
