Mandarina B. is a high fermentation organic beer inspired by the Golden Ale style, refermented in the bottle, unpasteurized, unfiltered. After the primary fermentation, a cold hopping is carried out with the Mandarina Bavaria variety. Golden color, abundant and creamy foam. On the nose the scent is citrusy, with slight herbaceous notes. On the palate, light malty notes are initially felt to move on to a refreshing finish with a discreetly persistent bitterness.
