Gentilrossa 33cl is an organic, top-fermented beer with the addition of soft wheat of the ancient Gentil Rosso variety, refermented in the bottle, unpasteurized, unfiltered, inspired by the "Dubbel" style of abbey beers. Coppery red in color, this beer is characterized by a rich malty aroma with hints of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is sweet and round, with a very long gustatory arc that passes from plum in alcohol, almond, bread crust and a light final note of licorice.
