Cocò 33cl is a high-fermentation organic craft beer inspired by the Blanche style, "reinterpreted" with the addition of einkorn spelled and bergamot peels that make it particularly refreshing. Moderately alcoholic, refermented in the bottle, unpasteurized, unfiltered, light straw-colored with a characteristic slightly cloudy appearance. Aroma of delicate sweetness of malts together with light spicy notes of coriander and a light citrus scent. The sweet taste of the malts is well balanced by the citrusy one of bergamot and the spicy one of coriander. Little bitter. Slightly sour finish. Medium-light body.
