Let's make pasta at an altitude of 700m. within 72 hours from the milling of the durum wheat, this guarantees all organoleptic properties and fragrances that we find in our fine Italian grains. The semolina is mixed with mountain water and then bronze drawn. A phase of drying slow at low temperature and statically for 12/36 hours give as a result a rough and porous pasta as the Italian tradition dictates, able to guarantee the best cooking performance.
