Our "Orecchiette" are a true work of art created from selected durum wheat with a high protein value of 13% and thanks to the art of pasta making the Traditional "LaGranum".
The Let's make pasta at an altitude of 700m. s.l.m. within 72 hours from the milling of durum wheat to obtain semolina, this is to guarantee all organoleptic properties and aromas of our fine Italian grains. We mix the semolina with mountain water and bronze drawing, for the drying we use a low temperature and static mode for 12/36 hours (depending on the format), the result is one rough and porous pasta that holds the sauce well as the Italian tradition dictates, a pasta capable of guaranteeing the best cooking performance.
If you love orecchiette, wrap them in sauces and they will give you a sweet and tasty aftertaste.
